About Shawn McClure

Shawn McClure is a First Nations artist of Dene and Celtic ancestry. He has been working on some form of artistic expression for as long as he can remember. Shawn works in various mediums including soap stone, moose antlers, wood and glass. When working with stone he prefers to utilize the whole rock not wanting to waste any of it. When commissioned, Shawn can create solid art from the vague idea of his client. Shawn’s is a natural talent having only taken high-school art classes, he gets lost in his artistic endevours.
